Kredoventro attaches great importance to the protection of your personal data. This privacy policy explains which data we collect, why we collect it and which rights you have under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
1. Data controller
Kredoventro B.V., established at Keizersgracht 482, 1017 EG Amsterdam, the Netherlands, registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce under number 89412673, is the controller for the processing of your personal data through this website.
2. Which data do we collect?
When you subscribe to our Eco newsletter we collect your name and email address. In addition we process anonymised technical data (shortened IP address, browser type, language preference) for the operation and security of the website.
3. Purpose of the processing
We use your data solely to send you the weekly Eco newsletter about Dutch renewable energy and sustainable agriculture, to improve the content and to comply with legal obligations.
4. Legal basis
The processing of your newsletter data is based on your explicit consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can withdraw this consent at any time via the unsubscribe link at the bottom of every newsletter.
5. Retention period
Your data is kept for as long as you remain subscribed to the newsletter and is deleted from our active systems within thirty days after unsubscribing.
6. Recipients and transfers
Your data is shared only with our email delivery partner within the European Economic Area, acting as a processor under a data processing agreement. No transfers take place to countries outside the EEA.
7. Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability and objection. Send your request to privacy@kredoventro.nl. You may also lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens) in The Hague.
